Arevo is RACV’s journey-planning app. This project focused on the mobile experience around travel benefits and offers for registered customers, including access to an e-scooter offer.
The design challenge
An offer is useful only when a customer can understand its value and what is required to access it. The journey connects discovery, offer details, registration and the next action. Each step needs to explain enough without distracting from the travel task that brought the customer into the app.
Scope
My work covered UI and UX design. The core priorities were offer discovery, simple sign-up and access flows, and an approachable mobile experience.
The central experience question for Arevo is how to make a relevant travel benefit easy to recognise and access during a mobile journey. Offer discovery, registration and access each introduce a different decision for the customer.
Discovery and relevance
A traveller needs to identify the benefit before investing time in the details. The design priorities were useful offer information and clear actions, helping the offer sit naturally within the travel experience.
Eligibility and access
The e-scooter offer connects discovery with a registered-customer benefit. Explaining the relationship between sign-up and access keeps the journey understandable and gives each step a clear purpose.
Design response
Consistent mobile patterns connect browsing, offer details and the next action. The focus is on supporting quick decisions with enough information to understand the benefit and continue.

04 / PROJECT DETAIL
The interface was organised around three customer needs: find useful value, understand the offer and take the next step. The goal was to support quick decisions in a mobile travel context.
Information and interaction
The design prioritised useful offer information and clear actions, with responsive flows for mobile use. Consistent visual patterns supported a coherent experience across discovery, details and access.
A repeatable foundation
The work established patterns that could accommodate future offers while preserving a familiar way to browse and act. This creates a practical connection between the immediate interface and the longer-term needs of the product.
The work established a clearer structure for discovering and accessing RACV travel benefits within Arevo.
Customer value
Offer information, sign-up and access were treated as parts of one journey. This gives the customer a consistent route from recognising a useful benefit to understanding the action needed to access it.
Product value
Reusable mobile patterns provide a foundation for introducing further offers without rebuilding the experience around each promotion. The contribution is a coherent interaction model for the benefits area.
